-- Free Patient: 100 pictures
-- Early Inmate: 150 pictures
-- Self-committed [paid]: 250 pictures
-- Permanently Insane: 300 pictures

Self-committed account users may purchase Extra Userpics increasing the limit to 400 pictures.

Permanently Insane account users may purchase Permanent Extra Userpics, increasing the limit to 500 pictures.

Permanently Insane account users also have the rare opportunity to purchase Insane Userpics, increasing the limit to 5,000 pictures.
