Started my cleaning in prep foR innerlsytherin coming in. I broke out the Greased Lighting cleaner. Has anyone ever used this shit? I swear, it could strip the paint off a car. It's no joke. And also, you really should avoid breathing too much of it in. When I'm alone, I always talk to myself, but I discovered when I'm alone and high on cleaner, the talking gets weird. So I started coming up with slogans for the stuff:

Greased Lightening, the cleaner so hard core they named it after a musical.
Greased lightening, the cleaner that says, "I am no Donna Reed, biznitches."

And package warnings:

Do not spray Greased Lightening directly into cuts or wounds. (I did this. Ouch!) Wear a gas mask at all times when using Greased Lightening. Do not lock yourself in a small room with greased Lightening. Greased Lightening should be considered armed and very dangerous. Greased Lightening is highly volatile. If angered, Greased Lightening might kill you mother and eat your dog.

*cough* Okay, shutting up now. Though I might have brain damage. EEE AND CRIMINAL MINDS IN TEN MINUTES!!!!! Might be back with squeee. :DDDD

Annnnd, in other thoughts, you all know how on occasion I can just babble about writing. So I have a general topic today, and I'd love to hear your thoughts:

Is it bad/wrong/weird/silly/stupid to get so emotionally involved in things you're writing that you actually cry when you're writing the "sad" parts, or have some other strong emotional reaction to some part of the fic? Has a fic you're writing ever significantly effected your general mood for the moment/day/week? How much is too much/over-investing? We all know that under-investment in a piece of writing can seriously effect the fic negatively, but do you feel like over-investment can do the same? Can over-investing can cause you to lose sight of characterization, or other Major Important Things? Discuss. :)

I feel a bit like I've just given birth, and I don't even know what that feels like. o.o

Part Twelve

(*cough* that title is a lot more appropriate on lj)

It's about 4:10 in the AM. I spent three hours trying to sleep, and got nowhere, and now I've been up for over an hour and I'm not tired yet. So I'm sitting here, not sleeping, and not fully awake. All my knitting things are in the bedroom and I'd wake the husband digging for them. (I started a new scarf in autumny colors, and am experimenting in embellishing a little bit with a few beads. Scarf is pretty--thick rusty orange yarn knitted together with thick grey/green/brown yarn--but I'm not sold on the beaded parts yet.) There's shit on TV and my CM dvds are also in the bedroom. I don't feel like watching much else. Maybe Spaced. Ah, fuck it. I think I might try forcing a few words of fic out, and we'll see how loopy and strange it is tomorrow morning/afternoon. Or I guess that would be later this morning/afternoon.

*sigh* Oh, this is ridiculous. My cat is snoring extra loudly. I think he's mocking me.

Good thing I don't work tomorrow. I'd normally be getting up about two hours from now.

Does anyone know of a file sharing site (like sendspace.com) that DOESN'T delete your files after they go inactive for a certain period of time? Someplace that, you know, I don't have to PAY for? (I'm poor, people. Seriously.)

I'm still working on the CM Hotch-Reid-Morgan mood theme, and I was looking back at the BoG theme I made over a year ago. You know, considering that was made before the DVD came out and I used mostly shitty caps because the DVD wasn't out, I still rather like the theme itself. I was thinking about re-uploading it for the BoG comm (because it's still amazingly active, considering how long ago that movie was out!), but I don't want to go to all the trouble (the computer I had it saved to crashed and I'll have to re-save it all) if it'll just go bye-bye again after a while... and I would Really Like the completed CM theme to stay available indefinitely when I do actually finish and post it. 'Cause, you know, I'm actually doing ALL of the moods this time, and it's a big project that I hope people will like as much as I do. :P
