So here I am trying to update and I realise I suck. I know everyone says that about their updates but I really do.
The hotter and hotter it gets the more and more I find myself missing Ireland. It never gets to the 80's in Dublin let alone the 90's. I've found myself sitting at home or out by the pool. I don't really know how people survive this kind of thing, but I'll make it as long as I can sleep till the heat breaks. I'm still not used to being at the beach in swim trunks yet. We really don't do that in Dublin. There are no beaches like that.
Andy's decided to take a little trip to god knows where for god knows how long so I've been alone in the house by myself which is nice. At least he's not bitching and yelling at me for not being able to curve a bullet or something. The place is quiet but I don't mind. I can at least walk around naked whenever I want to.
My father's still been bothering me. He somehow found out my phone number and has been leaving me messages asking me to forgive him. I almost feel sorry for the man. The only thing he ever gave me was his name. I suppose I should start answering his phone calls at some point. But I'm not sure what I'll say to him. I don't know what one says to one's abuser in those situations... Again I really need to talk to someone about this all. I just don't know how to do it.
I've been spending a certain amount of time with a certain special lady, whom I've grown quite fond of since I've been here. We've been only friend up till this point but I'm hoping something more will develop. I'm not gonna talk about it anymore I don't want to jinx it or anything, but it looks like my luck is turning around.
Anyway I should be going. The dog looks like he's dying from heat exhaustion so I'm going to give him a bath and I'm off to eat... again.
