I've been using this journal for the past month or so for a roleplay community that I am trying to maintain and for the past month, around every day to every other day, I struggle with insanejournal to load my journal (websites.insanejournal.com) and all pages/entries posted from the journal.
It goes through not loading and loading for a few hours before it doesn't connect once again. The message I get is the following:
Oops! Google Chrome could not find websites.insanejournal.com
So, I try in Safari or Internet Explorer and continue to get error messages that say the webpage cannot be displayed until it decides to work again.
I'm wondering if it has to do with my IP address and if there is a way to fix this issue so that the journal does not go through phases of not loading? For a while, I began using a Proxy site to get the journal to load, but recently, the journal won't load even with the aid of a Proxy site. It makes things really difficult for me to check up on things/use my journal and of the 5+ years I've used insanejournal, I've never had this problem before. I'm clueless as to what to do.
Any help would be wildly appreciated. Thank you so much in advanced.
