Summary:Deleted journal/communities
Original Request:
Recently, the journal ~thealist and its subcomms were deleted. The maintainer of them passed away a few weeks ago, a fact we had confirmed by a family member. That same family member was very kind and tried to find the passwords for us, but couldn't, and in that event, we created ~thealists to continue the game. However, members still revisited the old communities and reread conversations, so for the game to be so suddenly deleted is disconcerting to us, particularly since we were under the impression that no one knew the password. We were wondering if it was your policy at all to delete communities in the event of the maintainer/creator passing? Otherwise, we have a fear that this could have been a hacking. Either way, we'd like to know how and why the journals were deleted, and if there's anyway we could have them reopened.

Any information or help you could provide us with would be appreciated.

Thank you.
