Summary:	User pics disappearing

Original Request:

Several of my user pics have randomly disappeared. I'm having this problem on several other accounts I run and quite frankly, I find it very problematic. The pictures show up as broken images. I'm wondering if this is a server issue that's being addressed, or if I have to reupload every flippin' icon that's gone missing.
