I am still unable to preview any new entries before submitting them to my journal, all I get is a blank preview page. This has been an ongoing issue with my permanent journal. |

In order to help me replicate your issue, could you let me know whether you are posting entries from online within the InsaneJournal site, or whether you are using a downloadable client? Please also let me know which browser or which client, including their versions.

I have always posted entries from online within the InsaneJournal site and I have used various browsers including Internet Explorer (versions 7, 8 and 9), Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox (version 4 I think but I'm not sure since I was using a family members computer).

First off, I don't mean to come off as pushy but has anyone actually bothered to look into the ongoing issue with my permanent account? It's been over three months since I replied to your question and so far I have not received a response to it.

This is getting just a little bit ridiculous. November this year will mark FOUR years since I originally reported the blank preview page issue with my permanent account. The issue should be well and truly resolved by now, but no, I just checked and the blank preview page issue with my permanent account is still there ... when is something going to be done about it? I am a paid customer and I deserve better service than this. |

I have been extremely patient and extremely frustrated waiting for someone to get back to me with the ongoing blank preview page with my permanent account. Yes, the issue is still there. I've been randomly doing preview page tests and they are always coming up blank with my permanent account. Can someone please get back to me and let me know what is going on, thank you. |

FAQ Reference: What are downloadable clients? I can only apologise for the delay, but as this problem is a technical issue this can only be resolved by the site's owner.

Thank you for taking the time to get back to me. I know it's a technical issue that can only be resolved by the site owner but it's an issue that has plagued my permanent account for nearly four years. Someone was supposed to have sent my ticket to the attention of the site owner, I assume that was never done since the issue is still there after all of this time.
