Original Request:

Hi, I have another Permanently Insane account with the Insane Userpics add-on, and I'm unable to load the Manage Pictures page (http://www.insanejournal.com/editpics.bml). I've tried accessing the page from multiple different computers and browsers, all with broadband web connections, and after about 15-30 seconds of loading time, the page finishes loading at a blank screen. The "light" uploader works fine, but I'd really like to be able to manage/edit/delete some icons and keywords and haven't been able to do so ever since I've hit the 2500 userpic range. Any help or suggestions would be amazing. Thanks!

Yes. It's been a year and a half and I am still experiencing this issue. I think what would probably make a difference (even if it doesn't solve the problem, per se) is if the "light" editpics page would finally be made available? I think it was mentioned a few years ago that it was being worked on? I really would just like to be able to go back and delete some of my old userpics at some time before I max my 5000 out?

Hello,

This feature is currently on hold. We will move it to the top of the priority queue as there is a need to edit userpics for large accounts is important.

We are aware that this is still an open issue. Unfortunately we have not been able to dedicate any development time towards a new edit userpics page. We will keep this request open until we do.
