Summary:	No 'Rich Text' option on posts?

Original Request:

This is very strange! My friends all have an option to format and edit their posts (both to asylums and to their own journals) in either HTML or Rich Text formatting. But for me there is NO option, is is ONLY HTML, with no tab/button to get RichText. Hence my 'post' boxes look slightly different to those of my friends (we compared screen-caps)
I have a LiveJournal account too, and CAN use Rich Text on there - so why is it not working for me on InsaneJournal? It is very awkward - I cannot start posting until I can use rich text format, because using the HTML codes for everything (links, cuts etc) would be far too time-consuming and clumsy.
Please help! *Very confused* XXX

Which browser are you using?

Also if you change your scheme from worksafe, do you have the rich text option?

I am using safari, on a Macbook OSX ... Livejournal works for me (I have RichText option on there...)

How do I change my scheme from worksafe... and what should I change it to?
