These are the current known issues on InsaneJournal
- Bugs due to the recent code update still need to be ironed out. At the moment, the search function is unavailable, and you may encounter difficulties joining asylums.
- There is an issue with FireFox's autofill on InsaneJournal. As there are hidden forms on the update page, when FireFox automatically fills them, this causes users to be unable to select icons, asylums or custom filters.
Known solutions are to either create a dummy account as this problem only occurs for when there is one username/password saved - or to turn off the saved password features when on InsaneJournal. - Suggestions for new features for implementation on InsaneJournal should go to the Ideas asylum for their consideration!
- There is a known issue with deleting inbox notifications that InsaneJournal is hoping to remedy soon.

If they don't help you, your support request stays open until somebody does help and you confirm that your problem is solved. - Help somebody out
Got some extra time on your hands? Help out an InsaneJournal user that has an open support request. Users that help other users out will get "support points" that will show up on your userinfo page. There are multiple reasons for helping other users out:- Just to be nice
